What are your rental requirements?
To rent a travel trailer from us, we require three things:
- A valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance for the towing vehicle
- Credit card payment (with security deposit)
Your towing vehicle must be rated to tow the trailer you are renting.
Can you deliver and setup the camper?
Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and pickup. This service is available within 60 miles of 800 Eisenhower Dr, Kimberly, WI.
- $250 flat rate within 40 miles
- Additional $5 per mile past 40 miles (limited to 60 miles total)
This service does not include cleaning of the trailer. You must have it cleaned and ready for pickup in the same condition you recieved it.
What’s included with the camper rental?
Every rental includes a clean, modern camper that’s fully inspected and ready for your adventure.
We Provide the essentials:
- Everything needed to setup and connect to campground power, water, and sewer hookups
- Power cord, surge protector, hoses, water pressure regulator and filter, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, gloves, and more.
- RV-safe toilet paper
- Hand soap, dish soap, and sponge
- Paper towels and trash bags
- Quick-start guide and operating instructions
Every trailer also includes a spare tire, bottle jack, and lug wrench in case of a blowout, along with a toolkit, tire pressure gauge, and pair of gloves.

Are pets allowed? 🐾
Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a flat $100 fee.
If you want to bring your furry friend(s), you must pay the fee. If we find evidence that you had a pet without paying this fee, you will forfeit your security deposit.
Pets may not be left unattended in the camper, and renters are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.
Where are you located? How do I pick up & drop off?
Our campers are conveniently located at 800 Eisenhower Dr, Kimberly, WI behind the Hilton hotel. Right off HWY 441 and College Avenue.
You can pick up the camper between 8 AM and 5 PM on the day your reservation begins. You can return the camper anytime on the day it is due back.
We are at location by appointment only!
Please let us know what time you’d like to pick up the camper on the day of your reservation so we can be there to help you.

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled in advance may qualify for a refund depending on timing. Please review our rental agreement for full details.
If you decide to cancel your camper reservation…
- 30+ days before pickup: Full refund minus a $100 cancellation fee
- 14–29 days before pickup: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before pickup: No refund
- No refunds or credits for early returns or unused rental days.
Special Event & Peak Season Reservations:
Reservations during high-demand events or holidays (such as EAA AirVenture, XRoads41, Hodag, holiday weekends, etc.) require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking.
Long-term Rental Reservation Deposits:
Reservations of 7+ days require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold dates.
Do I need camping experience?
Not at all. Many of our renters are first-time campers. We provide instructions and are available if questions come up.
Can I take the camper out of state?
Yes. Out-of-state travel is permitted and we have no mileage restriction. Take it whever you’d like, just stay within the United States 😎
Do you offer 1-way rentals?
No, you must pick up and return the camper here in Kimberly, WI. We’re a small family-owned business, not a national franchise.
Do you offer insurance or damage protection?
Absolutely! We offer a few different damage protection options to limit your financial responsibility if something happens. This way you’re covered, whether it’s your fault or not.
