Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rental requirements?
To rent a trailer from us, you only need three things:
- A valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance for the towing vehicle
- Credit card payment
Your towing vehicle must be rated to tow the trailer you are renting. Our larger trailers require a trailer brake controller. If you don’t have one, we have a Bluetooth brake controller you can rent.
Certain trailers require renters to meet minimum age requirements. Reservations that do not meet age requirements will be canceled. Contact us for more information.
Our trailers utilize either a 2″ or 2-5/16″ ball, depending on the type of trailer. We can rent you one if you do not have the proper ball hitch.
Do you include any accessories with the trailers?

Each trailer is loaded with relevant accessories. For example, our car hauler trailers include a winch, vehicle tie-down straps, low-car-friendly ramp extensions, and more. Our moving trailers include E-Track, ratchet straps, bungee straps, moving blankets, hand truck, and more.
Every trailer also includes a spare tire, bottle jack, and lug wrench in case of a blowout, along with a toolkit, tire pressure gauge, and pair of gloves.
You won’t have to buy or borrow extra equipment to use our trailers. And we won’t nickel and dime you with add-ons like the others do; everything you’ll ever need is included with each rental.
Where are you located? How do I pick up & drop off?
Our trailers are conveniently located at 800 Eisenhower Dr, Kimberly, WI behind the Hilton hotel. Right off HWY 441 and College Avenue.
We are at location by appointment only!
If you’d like to pick up the trailer during normal business hours (8AM-5PM M-F), we can meet you there by appointment. Otherwise we can provide instructions for self-service pick up. You can pick up and return our trailers 24/7/365.
We also offer trailer delivery/pickup for $2.50 per mile, round trip.
We’re proud to support our local communities with trailer rentals in Appleton, Green Bay, Oshkosh, Neenah, Grand Chute, Fox Crossing, Menasha, De Pere, Kaukauna, Harrison, Little Chute, Kimberly, Combined Locks, Greenville, Sherwood, and throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Is there a mileage limit? Do you charge extra for long trips?
Nope! Drive as far as you want, just please stay in the United States. We charge by the day, not by the mileage 😁
Do you offer 1-way rentals?
No, you must pick up and return the trailer here in the Kimberly, Wisconsin. We’re a small family-owned business, not a national franchise.
If needed, we offer trailer delivery/pickup for $2.50 per mile within a 60-mile radius of Kimberly, WI.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel…
- 3+ days before rental start date: Full refund minus $20 cancellation fee
- 1–2 days before rental start date: 50% refund
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund
- Early returns: No refunds or credits for unused rental time
Rentals of 7 days or longer require a 25% deposit to reserve the trailer and hold the dates. This deposit is applied toward the total rental cost but is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled.

That’s okay, we’re here to help! Contact us and let us know what you need to haul or move and we’ll help you find the right trailer.

Do you offer insurance or damage protection?
Absolutely! We offer a few different damage protection options to limit your financial responsibility if something happens. This way you’re covered, whether it’s your fault or not.
